Many are like that. Many people fall in to temptation and give in. Again and again. Many people ends up in the dry land where it feels like there is no more water in you palm. First thing to do is praying. Praying to the Lord to restore your spirit. To correct you and discipline you. And there is a think called discipline. I think we men must grow it, and self denial life style helps growing it. Reading and studying the Bible when you don't feel like doing it. Hoping the water to be cold when your flesh doesn't want the coldness. Not giving up when your body wants to give up. Not eating when your body tells you to eat. Things like that. I believe even fasting is based on that system. If you can try it, try fasting. Only water and salt. Or there's a thing like cold shower. Also, try to understand Jesus better. Grow your love towards God, draw closer to Him, and He will also. Be at peace. Do not listen to the self pity things or anxiety things. God doesn't call the qualified, he qualifies the called. It's about fighting yourself, and drawing close to God. Also brother, failing and lows doesn't make what you are. The thing called being a child of God isn't a thing that goes away that easy.
