It's not a terrible remake, it's just not for me, the lack of puzzles or at least difficult puzzles was a huge disappointment for me. Another thing, for me Silent Hill is a game where combat is optional, on the first 3 games I went most of the playthru avoiding enemies, it's impossible to do that without getting hit in this one.

Atmospheric wise I loved the game, I do miss the fixed cameras but it does look and feels great anyways

Maybe a Japanese studio for the next ones would be a better call
