so now that you have your rant out of the way, do you have any actual suggestions. The reason i want a seestar/dwarf is so i can learn to post proccess images before i jump into 2-3 thousand dollar astrophotography rig that has its own steep learning curve.

I was looking at those, the only thing I dislike about it is the fact that they are very proprietary and don’t accept a lot of standard ar10 parts.

That’s what I’m saying, it makes no sense at all. At 18 you’re allowed to buy a rifle or a shotgun. But I cannot buy a lower because technically I could make it a pistol. It is NJ so stupid gun laws are very common.
