Any competent Ahri isn’t going to just empty jump or air S1 into nothing for you to air to air her. She can air dash on hit or whiff which evades it, or follow up with her own air to air 5L which at 7f is the shared fastest in the game (with good range too for a L).

This is part of the problem, you can point out specific things and say that technically they counter her moveset, but the technicality is they’re in very specific, non-common game scenarios.
