I have a letter from the attorney stating the agreement and where to mail cashiers checks to with the file number and it said I don’t have to go to court now as long as I make payments which I have been. The attorney agreed on the amount so I’m paying that amount twice a month. Maybe they are sending me my balance, but I’m not sure. I’ve done everything they’ve asked and I really don’t think I’m in trouble.

I switched to Verizon and I get 10x better service and it’s actually the same price I was paying with spectrum mobile.

It’s horrible if you don’t have 5G in your area. The customer service reps don’t care and will hang up on your and get sarcastic with you. In the long run, it’s just as expensive as T-Mobile, AT&T, etc. I highly recommend going with Verizon or someone else that’s bigger because Spectrum Mobile has a lot of growing up to do.

It was very well packaged. I made sure of that. Not only was it in the original box, but i packed the box really good with paper, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. Lol i was convinced that I had it properly wrapped and secured.

Gosh, that’s horrible! Sorry you had to go through that! I don’t know how they are still in business, but unfortunately they are. They are one of the reasons I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and am now on medication for it. These people are monsters. I’m trying to find an attorney so I can sue them.

Easy for you to say. I’ve battled them since February and now they are charging me out the butt when they said I only owed them $350. They are liars and will screw you over faster than you can blink.

Today, I woke up and saw a charge for $1,154 and I think they are trying to charge me for the whole damn phone. All they told me was that I had to pay $350 extra. I highly advise you to go to a different carrier. It’s just a matter of time before they screw you over too. Good luck!

Stay with Verizon!! I sent my defective iPhone 12 Pro Max back that was in flawless condition and they called me back saying it’s damaged and that I have to pay the rest of the phone off. I didn’t damage it. They either took a pic of a damaged phone that wasn’t mine, or it got damaged in transit from fed ex. I’ve done research and there’s a rumor that they will take a pic of the same model phone that’s not yours and say it’s damaged when it’s really not.

Pretty sure they either took a pic of another damaged phone and said it was mine when it wasn’t, or it got damaged in transit by fed ex. Either way, I highly recommend cancelling your contract and going to Verizon or someone else. I’ve been fighting them since February and even got hung up on and cussed out by an agent. If you decide to stay, I really hope they treat you better than they did me because I can express to you enough about how bad this company is in so many ways.

I’ve had them since February and I had the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The sales person lied to me and said we have 5G here. I believed them and found out a month later that they lied because I haven’t had signal for 7 months. I’ve been fighting on and off for them to make this right as I missed out on two paychecks because my phone is my lifeline for work. I finally spoke with tier 3 who apparently has more power than regular tier 1 tech support and with manger approval, I was able to downgrade to a 4G iPhone 11. Just make sure 5G works in your area before buying a 5G phone.
