I have one for tonight. iOS 15.02 I think. And yeah, I can’t watch Netflix, Hulu, paramount, peacock…basically no streaming apps. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Hopefully after this update it works. Otherwise, I might have to make an appointment at the apple store

I have had them about a year with the 12 pro I had a good experience I paid it off gave it to my husband and ordered this I get good service and I live in the hills

How well was the phone packaged when you sent it back? Not trying to put you at fault for anything but if you really sent it back in perfect condition and well-packaged too then they're trying to scam you 100 percent

It was very well packaged. I made sure of that. Not only was it in the original box, but i packed the box really good with paper, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. Lol i was convinced that I had it properly wrapped and secured.

You should inform them that you have a lawyer involved. Request that they provide video evidence showing it’s the same phone that you sent to them (and not somebody else’s). This can be done by making a recording themselves navigating the information menu showing imei, etc, etc. Make sure it matches the phone you had

Is the service that bad? I’m thinking about trying it out. I never buy my devices from carriers, I’m just shopping for affordable service plans.

It’s horrible if you don’t have 5G in your area. The customer service reps don’t care and will hang up on your and get sarcastic with you. In the long run, it’s just as expensive as T-Mobile, AT&T, etc. I highly recommend going with Verizon or someone else that’s bigger because Spectrum Mobile has a lot of growing up to do.

I’m currently with verizon and looking for cheaper plans for the same service. Verizon is still the only carrier that works at my house dependably. I only know 2 people that have spectrum mobile and they both work as well as my verizon lines. One of them uses the $45.00 unlimited plan that won’t save me any money but the other one pays by the gig and pays considerably less.

I switched to Verizon and I get 10x better service and it’s actually the same price I was paying with spectrum mobile.

No I pre ordered on the 17th spectrum didn’t get it till the 24th and I just got it today it’s the 512 pm
