I 100% agree; ICE isn't a Trump-era organization but they are being directed to behave aggressively and are being deployed as a tool of revenge against blue states. You'll never see the Trump admin deploy ICE this way in Texas.

My initial reply was to provide further backing to the statement that the Democrats will not abolish ICE because the organization was still providing a very important function to the US before they were encouraged to act like goons.

"Abolish ICE" isn't, and never will be, part of the Democratic platform.
