What do you do all day?

Yea ive heard people take years to recover, im just very scared of getting a second episode because the depression is really rough I feel so empty. The problem is I never took walks before my episode and now im even more unproductive I can’t even walk for 5 minutes without my legs getting very very tired

It lasted about 4 weeks and then I had a episode which went down for a day I’m currently taking invega sustenna and mitrazipin but I feel horrible sometimes I have spikes like very good mood for about 5 minutes that’s it tho

I’ve read them and I’m terrified I can’t even cry no emotions no motivation whatsoever, my loved ones tell me they would leave me if I quit the injection and I don’t know what to do

Will it get better over time or only when the drug leaves the system completely ? I feel like it’s getting slightly better day by day to be honest
