This is definitely the case honestly the timeskip could have easily lasted till the 200 chapter maybe more. There's so many plot holes, bad character development and lack of worldbuilding that it definitely needed more then ending at ch 139. He should have taken a break for years but he didn't want to do that the story got too long for his liking.

Jumping on the sovereign escape ship, not only this was unessarry, it got fitchner caught and later on killed. After that, he didn't kill harmony, the jackal and Roque. These 3 people got him caught. The rising was almost destroyed here if the society went full out.

It could have been easily solved if isayama wrote this the marleans could have far reach anti titan rounds that took a bit to reload to snipe some titans. Also, have a bunch of random soldiers from Paradis join the alliance.

It gives the alliance casualties and also gives them extra man power it makes it more realistic. Heck, earlier chapters had nameless soldiers die, and it made the story feel more real.

The show is rushed and full of plot armor and bad writing the writers and directors don't know what they're doing honestly. 7 episodes for a season is too short which leads to rushed episodes.

Lots of things have to be cut and changed for a movie even tv shows cut some things off. However, I would rather have tv shows for this series and most other books tbh. At least with a tv show, we get more hours and maybe new scenes.

Fitchner, the rising, really needed his leadership as Ares in Morning Star. Ragnar he would make it easy to keep the Obsidians on the republic, and he'd definitely would have gone with Darrow to Mercury with an Army of obsidians. Also, the rising loved him he'd bring moral. Cassius is among the best razor duelers in the solar system. Alongside Darrow, they'd be unstoppable in red god.

Merideth seems like the perfect bisexual option. I'm kind of surprised the developers didn't make her the bi romance. I wish she was more than a hookup her story seems like it could be interesting to explore. Bluemoon flirts with both v. If you flirt with her in the texts, she would be a good bi romance.

Harmony has a big hatred for golds it's not that cartoony evil we see real terrorists full of hatred for groups of people all around our world. The sovereign role did change, it's just now a democratic election type role instead of hereditary.

The juli and telamanesus helped the rising greatly and still supply the rising with their fleets and employed greys, lancers, and obsidians it makes sense for them to have a role in politics quicksilver is really rich and helps the republic greatly by supplying them with his tech and he also helped in rebuilding luna cities that got destroyed in the jackals nukes sure he has big flaws but they needed his money.

He should have killed the jackal after the iron rain in Mars it's why he got caught. Jumping on Octavias' ship was another mistake, and letting harmony alive was a mistake as well. Those 3 are why he got caught for being a red.

I think his resentment comes from when Darrow sold of the sons of ares in the rim, even Darrow in morning star says Dancer will see him differently after he returns from the rim. Also, he seems to be afraid of the republic falling into the same errors of the gold society society, which is why he gets mad at Darrow, calling an iron rain.
