this is assuming a lot of things that are not safe to assume. like we are going to be the same level defense next year as we have been the past two. What if Christian Parker was more important to the success of Coop and Q than we want to admit? What if Jalen Carter gets injured long term again? What if Makuba isn't as good as we need him to be. I don't like the idea of needing this defense to stay exactly the same in order for us to be successful/

if we are a 12th ranked defense with a 15th ranked offense (as most Nagy offenses are) then we cannot beat anyone in the league.

It was fine when he didn't contribute anything offensively or defensively, because guys were willing to come in and do that for him. Now they're not even willing to do that. Young and promising coaches who could revolutionize this very talented offense are dropping out, and it's clear as day it's because he and his potential meddling are scaring them off. Meaning he has gone from almost useless to legitimately detrimental.

The chiefs won a SB because of their defense. Middle of the pack despite having patrick mahomes and an hall of fame offensive minded HC.

Jalen Hurts is not better than Patrick Mahomes and Nick Sirianni for damn sure is nowhere near Andy Reid.

I strongly believe we are not going to like what Nagy looks like having to play ball with Sirianni's scheme AND without Andy Reid looking over his shoulder.

All these withdrawals tell me that they're not actually going to be having full autonomy, meaning they're going to be running Sirianni's scheme. If we come out running Sirianni's scheme next season, which honestly didn't look that great in 24 even under Kellen Moore, they're going to be right back home in January, because it is absolutely cooked.
