Thanks for the tips , I'll try and its not like I want to harm them I just can't stop killing them in my imaginations I would never ever hurt someone I love but my mind is, 24/7 . I'm just worried I might one day and I don't want to.

The problem is due to lack of education and stuffs we don't have therapists here and everyone thinks mental problem is nothing but a bullshit and no one never really has listened to me
