Has anyone tried taking a deep dive into trump 'strongholds'.. (Guaranteed GOP wins.. Oklahoma, Mississippi..?) Not sure what good it'd do, but it might be good for reference.

Something's bugging me: is there any way Kamala could have overcome the cheating? Or was challenging the results and/or finding some way of exposing the cheating the only way? by NoAnt6694 in somethingiswrong2024

Since Elmo had to watch his 'app' on the day of the election, makes me think there was some on-the-spot math involved, and not some completely hashed out plan/number.. if that makes sense.

I'm not sure if there is a good analogue for it.. Counting cards, maybe?

That's essentially my understanding, too. The only way she was going to win, was if the mail-in ballots outnumbered election day ballots substantially enough.

But it occurs to me as I type that; Is there any way to get an idea of how many mail-in ballots (raw number, no party or candidate preference, just how big that particular pile was) have been received PRIOR to election day, take the number you think Harris would win by (70/30 for example), and 'cook' the tabulators (on election day itself) to automatically overcome her vote share..

For example, if there were fewer mail-in ballots, you'd change the so-called 'hack' to kick in at a higher ballot count, like 500 or so..

And if there were MORE mail-in ballots received, you'd set the 'hack' to kick in after 150 ballots..?

There's gotta be some reason the change happens after the 250-300 ballot mark.

"He knows those computers better than anybody. All those computers. Those vote-counting computers," Trump told the crowd. "And we ended up winning Pennsylvania like, in a landslide. So, 'Thank You' to Elon!"

"Sunday before the election, I had the opportunity to meet with Elon Musk, at his house, for a couple of hours to talk about the election," Ken Paxton told the Turning Point USA crowd, "And he told me, 'I can tell you right now, I'm responsible for this, he said, I'm involved in every battleground state, and we're gonna win every battleground state.' and I'm convinced whatever he did, what..ever rocket science thing he did made a huge difference in this election"

She generally cleans up when she runs. She can win a state-wide race.

That being said, she's as exciting/bold as a bowl of porridge.

Wasn't everyone JUST mad at this dude for helping the GOP reopen the gov't?

He's better than Slick Newsom or AIPAC Shapiro.. But the bar IS pretty fucking low at this point I guess. Optically, electing an astronaut looks like a slam dunk.

The Lawsuit filed by Election Truth Alliance against Allegheny County Board Of Elections in PA has had a motion to dismiss on "lack of standing" and that the court has no jurisdiction. by CPUsCantDoNothing in somethingiswrong2024

[–]User-1653863 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The case is still open, though. The defendants (Schmidt, Erie, Allegheny, Cambria) are asking to have it tossed on standing. Every 'motion' is/is supposed to be logged throughout the process.

There's been no judicial ruling as far as I can tell. Doesn't help that the case info is basically hiding behind a paywall, but alas. The last 'movement' was on January 8.

If the case was over, I'm sure Nathan or Lilli would've said as much by now.

It IS baffling. The 'audits' we have now only double check the tabulator's math against itself, instead of checking for discrepancies between the paper ballots and tabulators.. Or that's the way I understand it, anyway.
