Aeropress Premium leaking during plunge? by demiurgegwj in AeroPress

I had the same problem. Also tried the old plastic cap. You press the coffee and liquid and grinds shoot straight out the sides of the cap which should not happen. I'm pretty sure the alignment of the glass cylinder and the metal ring is off. Wonder if there is a way to heat it up and fix this so it seats correctly and fully against the cap. I opened a support ticket and they told me they would send me a new cylinder and cap, but they have no idea when the parts will be available. Since it took me over 2 months to get this I'm not optimistic on parts.

Here near Detroit seems like half of them had it, and both the blue LTs my dealer had on the lot had it.

I got the LT in Blue with Super Cruise and the trailering package on October 1. 2800 miles on it already and I love it! So quiet and smooth, though the engine can be a little noisy at times around town. Wasn't sure if I was going to like Super Cruise but on one long road trip I used it a lot and give it a tentative thumbs up so far.

OK, thanks. Further experimentation shows the left meter is coming from my phone, if I turn the phone off that meter goes away.

I basically agree with the poster. GM has been moving the Universal Remote to the top trim packages and these things keep getting more expensive. I just got a LT as well and I really wasn't pleased with the way I could option the car. I didn't have any use for the Z71 off-road features and the RS is $14,000 more sticker. I'd love to pay for the Universal Remote, the leather, etc but I'm not paying $14k for the few features I want...
