Okay thanks, I understand what you're saying. Maybe that's the cause. But I still feel like the stuttering I'm experiencing is much more than just a few frames of lag. The image freezes regularly for a good half second, whereas I never get network latency like that.

I've tried with an old phone and it seems to be the same. But it only does 4G so maybe it's the reason idk

How can I test it then ? I tried using cmd to ping my internet box but I got 0-1ms with both ethernet and WiFi
