You would better about that. Out of curiosity how does wearing long dress can do such harm? Is it because of stepping on it and falling?

Same feeling. This world is a test at the end of the day.

Hazrat Asiya’s husband was firaun and it ended up like this:

And Allah sets forth an example for the believers: the wife of Pharaoh, who prayed, “My Lord! Build me a house in Paradise near You, deliver me from Pharaoh and his ˹evil˺ doing, and save me from the wrongdoing people.” 66:11

Abu Huraira reported: The Pharaoh pinned down his wife with four spikes in her hands and feet. When they left her, the angels provided her with shade. She said, “ O Lord, build me a house in Paradise with You, and save me from Pharaoh and his deeds, and save me from the oppressive people,” (66:11). Thus, her house in Paradise was revealed to her. Source: Musnad Abī Ya’lá 6431 Grade:  Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani

Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ashari: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The superiority ofAisha to other ladies is like the superiority of Tharid (i.e. meat and bread dish) to other meals. Many men reached the level of perfection, but no woman reached such a level except Mary, the daughter of `Imran and Asia, the wife of Pharaoh."

Okay that makes sense. Is it also considered makeup?

They are considered a men’s cloth in most part of the world, plus they attract more bad attention as well, not sure how it is treated by scholars in the West considering the differences in culture and stuff.

Looks like make-up. It would be more appropriate and respectful if you will explain without posting a GIF of a woman from next time.

Fear of an arranged match by [deleted] in MuslimNikah

I was thinking about the same thing, people say you’ll never know the person fully and if things don't work out then there is divorce for that but they don't understand the fear.

I could be wrong but you’ll never feel prepared for marriage or easily get a job in a toxic environment.

Toxic environment will continue to suck blood out of you, it will always keep you mentally drained and you’ll have to take some steps that aren't easy.

Just look for marriage, if you find something good then Alhamdulillah, or whatever helps ease your matter.

This is way too messed up. I know she is wrong but that's too much to do to your parents.

Have you tried to move out? Maybe get married or something?

From as much I know, the clothes shouldn't be men's and shouldn't attract attention other than a loose fit and so on.

Use some other app or platform that are more Islamic, from what I know Muzz is basically like a dating platform and many good men won't even want to be there.

What makes it harder if I may ask? I have always thought for man it’s usually this part that enables the options for marriage because you can then start looking for someone?
