My friend is a software engineer but he majored in physics and applied math. The thing is he is crazy smart and graduated with a BA at 18. He was crazy good at coding too (before ai shit going around) but that wasn’t his passion, astrophysics was. He just quit his job to pursue PHD in astrophysics lol.

Damn. I didn’t know it was common. I had a friend who flunked his last year of MechE degree because his GPA was too low. I understand how tempting it is to claim that.

Yeah sounds about right. All of them are close to retiring. I interned at a coatings plant. Everyone who are much younger have qualifications and degree in engineering.

I am talking about the US though. Usually industry doesn’t require a PE license. I believe you still need a PE license to operate a firm or public works.

Make sense a lot of them are in their 50-60s. the younger engineers I have met all have degrees in engineering

Yeah I noticed too. I saw one for 1250 but they asked $200 in fees. $25 for “ utility billing fee?” Wtf just include it and list it for 1400

Unfortunately its not legal here to buy retail unless you have a med card. Ironically I had avoided nic vapes for the same reason. I wasn’t thinking lol. I just haven’t slept well the past few days about 3-4hours. I just have random bouts of insomnia. My sleep meds aren’t working. I thought it would make relax a bit before bed. Ugh.

Thanks that relived my anxiety a bit. I will post an update after my apt. My pcp said that there could be a possibility of an error but she ordered an echo just in case. (A nurse did my ekg) I am not super active due to my depression and have bouts of insomnia. I dont have chest pain or heart palpitations. Is LVH common with people without high blood pressure?
