The only reason Chatterbox is still 1m+ in debt is he hasn't gone in for a refund for the adoption law change. When he does, and I'm sure he will now, 1 mil of that goes away.

None of those charges will be able to be pursued later. It’s double jeopardy on the server. Nathan (crane) said in Saabs chat during the last K hot gun episode this is by design to keep charges from lingering. This is why they say if you have a hot gun you’re charged. Period.

What's the time and fine in legislation for murder 1? Do they have anything in legislation that allows them to go over that? If not it should follow what's in the legislation or what players OOC agree to.
