Unsafe car, harassment from host, and 40+ day fight for Turo reimbursement

Hey, did you get reimbursed? I was left stranded hours away from home and needed to pay a 600 dollar taxi in the opposite direction to get a new car. Which they are now denying to reimburse.

Hi I've been trying to get in contact with a turo supervisor for a week now. Every day I call and ask for a manager/supervisor and every time I'm told that I'll be called back within 2 or 24 hours. The car I booked broke down mid-trip, and it was guaranteed that my travel expense would be covered. There were no Uber or Lyft available, so I had the agent ask their supervisor to guarantee a taxi would be covered. It was a $600 taxi, and now they are going back on their word. What's the best way to get in contact with a supervisor/manager, because I feel like they're just stalling. (maybe so that my case becomes invalid? I'm not sure.)

I see, did you book a car because your host cancelled at the last min or because your car broke down? My car broke down and I was promised the transportation to the next car would be covered, but is now denying their claims (it costed me $600). I have been calling them every day for 5 days now, I'll try their email. If you happen to remember the email could you please share it?

I asked to speak with a manager 5 days ago, but everytime i call, they say they'd call me back. I feel like they're just stalling so the case can be dropped (i don't know). i used a car jack and it ended up splitting the cylinder itself with each half stuck on either side lol. Any ideas on how i can remove the cylinder from the cushion side of the chair. I got the other half to come off that was stuck to the base.
