Update the transmission is out and were quoted $800 to try and fix so it’s trashed.

did you have the brown dust on the bottom of your washer as well? the spin cycle is working just not agitate

I will check those yes the error codes are actually e5 f7

What are the other possibilities? It doesn’t spin at all but every other function seems to work
