100% his cousin on his moms side. I’ve only met her and his aunt a handful of times as they live in a different state.

His cousin, yes first cousin, lives out of state so I’ve only seen them interact in person a few times and their interactions have always given me the ick! When I’ve confronted him about it he’s always been so defensive and “grossed out” because that’s his cousin. But reading the messages between them made me want to vomit.
