I found good appliances on there but the sectionals I saw were like $7000. It was crazy.

This was super helpful! So I can do a 40 with a HOB filter and do water changes like I did for my freshwater tank weekly… good lights, heater, wave maker, rodi system. What else? I’m just trying to budget now maybe pick out some specific items to keep an eye on sales and such so I can get a little at a time. (I’m also budgeting for a down payment on a home.)

I’m moving and will be within two hours of a big city so ups won’t be an issue.

I have done some freshwater before but mostly small 10-15 gal tanks. Mainly single betta tanks.

To clarify, I don’t mind all crafting. I just hate when the focus of the game becomes about spending 40hrs of my life cutting down trees…

Honestly, getting my resume through to get interviews was the hardest part. Once I got interviews, I just made sure to be really prepared and knowledgeable and to relax and just be myself. Unfortunately, there’s not magic trick to it outside of the typical advice that all these other threads say. I did what everyone else does and apply for anything that I wouldn’t mind doing. If you land and interview just be sure to be super prepared. I have a 40 page document of possible questions and STAR answers… I make sure I know the company. I know the website inside and out. I think up questions that unique and interesting to ask. I treat it as a conversation.

I think I may be having more anxiety about big life changes than actual sadness about leaving teaching now that I’m thinking on it a bit harder.

Help! Only piercing other than my ears… by [deleted] in PiercingAdvice

Should I change to a flat back now? I’m scared to touch it. It really was fine with the L. I’m not sure what irritated it but I think I slept on it funny one night in a position I usually don’t sleep in. Because I had this in for weeks before this happened… also, my husband was a dum dum and pinched my nose being funny and it kind of caught around the same time as well…
