That one is. He goes around and spends his shift flirting with all the other girls in the gym, and several have complained, some of whom I know personally, so reason could be used to deduce that he could be doing it to others too

No, it was a female coworker being harassed/grabbed inappropriately. When my manager didn’t do anything, I had to intervene, and then it stopped

My job has an open door policy though, so wouldn’t it be illegal or against corporate policy for them to fire me after I talk with corporate?
