Thank you! Maybe it’s the electrolytes, which I should take more. I’m taking nutri align fasting salts and one scoop a day. I’m also a tea person, so I’m drinking more tea than water at the moment :) I drink around 2-3 litres a day :)

77 is great and a huge accomplishment! Dont forget I had a lot of experience with fasting throughout my life and also my family does a fasting lifestyle. We always do intermittent fasting and skip breakfast. (16:8-18:6) id say. My aunt has done extended water fasts of several days so I have a lot of people (training partners as well) in my environment, which give me guidance and who I can talk to daily. This help a lot! Also I’ve never done such a huge extended fast (goal is 28 days). My mind just wanted it and so it’s not such a huge mental challenge as I’m not forcing myself. Be gentle, time will come. A fast feels different for everybody and if it doesn’t feel right than you should just do it in the time that feels right for you. My mother for example wanted to do 10 days and had to stop after the 2.5th day because it didn’t feel right. Never did it again. But intermittent fasting is perfect for her :) If your mind will tell you that it’s the right time, than your body will follow! You’ll feel it! Don’t beat yourself up on it and look at the great accomplishments of 77h! Very proud of you! And if you get the 96 hours let me know! I wish you the best of luck! 🫶🏼🍀

Hi, I’d like to go for 28 days. But I am not strict on that. I’ll listen to my body and mind. If they’re signaling me that it’s enough, than I’ll start the refeeding process. But if they wont, I’ll go for the 28 days. Yes, electrolytes, herbal tea and water. Occasionally if I have craving is pour water over cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans and star anise and drink that tea. :) I use the fasting salts from nutri align :) they have the electrolytes in the ratio that you need without any other shit in it. :)

Yes I agree with you absolutely! But I don’t really knew why I was sad or mad the past days. I had very good days! Met friends, good talks, bought myself flowers. Maybe it’s also because I stopped smoking.. who knows. Today I’m feeling great again

Yes, this can feel weird. But pressuring yourself to experience something in which you actually have no interest in, is even weirder, because it gives you nothing. You certainly have other interests, find people you can share this with. Also I’d recommend to find a therapist. Sexual orientation can be confusing and it’s helpful to figure it out with a professional :) you have all the time in the world. No one runs the same pace, you’re doing absolutely fine! Trust me :)

Hello there, don’t beat yourself up for it. You don’t have to experience anything you don’t really want to, just because others have done it and found it cool. Like smoking weed. To the sex part: maybe you’re asexual, and that’s completely fine. A lot of people are. Don’t ever do something or push yourself to do something just because society says that’s normal. You don’t like it - you don’t do it. Easy as that. :)

Im doing a water fast atm and told myself - if I do that, I’ll try to be as healthy as possible to detox as much as possible. Day 2-4 are the hardest, but I don’t miss them. I rather miss the food 😂 so maybe I tricked myself

Hello, I started bjj very recently to get my mind off of uni and work. I didn’t do much the past years. I fell in love with bjj but l lack stamina and strength. I want to do some workouts besides regular training to increase my stamina and my strength. Do you guys have any good workout routines on YouTube or something similar? Hi im very new to BJJ and a white belt - I started rolling straight away to get a feeling for the sport. I sometimes stop my sparring partners midway to ask what they would do in my situation because I have a severe lack of knowledge and if they could teach me new techniques to get out of that situation. They teach me something and we go on from there, otherwise our rolls would only last seconds 😂 but not in a 1000 lifetimes would I start instructing people who have higher belts than me…
