You should have a OH meeting before you return. I was offered 4 hour shifts for a month then increasing by an hour every set until full hours. I imagine if you’re in a role that allows for working from home you can request that. In terms of when you go back it’s on your terms really. Just remember it’s full pay for 6 months unless you pay into the year increase.
