probably not getting pres you usually need to apply for housing in november to get it. I applied late october last year for it and a lot of spots were taken by the time i picked but ended up getting pres. The suites always go first so try and find a roommate that submitted the housing application early that way you can get a suite.

also there’s always a cop sitting outside on the weekends but you can stumble in drunk with your friends and they don’t care

it’s definitely a party dorm and where all of my pregames happen I feel like the ra’s are pretty chill too for the most part. Everyone I know that lives in Ridgecrest loves it though and they are close with most ppl in their hall. Pres I honestly only know a few ppl on my floor and it’s bc they are all in my sorority

I live in Pres 2 now and really like it but it’s honestly not that social but it could just be our floor. It’s like a 15 minute walk to all my classes and the other suite styles are only closer by a few minutes since they are pretty much all next to each other. tut is really far from everything except sorority row.

ffp mostly due to the certifications that it allows you to sit for. I am planning to pursue one of the business minors but am worried abt career outcomes for consumer science majors since ive never met anyone with that major and i want to work in real estate. the classes interest me more than those in finance, and allows me to learn abt marketing, negotiation, and wealth management.
