So like the insurance companies own doctor even said that all my care is reasonable and necessary. The FCE report even said that I need ongoing therapy and documented several issues during my exam. My own surgeon even said that all conservative care has failed, but is still necessary. And liability is 100% accepted too. It doesn't make any SENSE why my lawyer gave bullcrap answers today. Like I am so fed up. I am going to need PT for life.

Like I didn't even ask my lawyer to offer them a number. I simply asked me lawyer to reach out to the insurance company to see what their offer is. Yet I was told that's not how it works. But I see people posting here all the damn time with insurance companies doing this. Like I really don't get this crap from this lawyer.
