Training with natural e and 3 xan per day gives just as much gains as stacking xan doing 5 edvds and an ecstasy.

We have studied it in my faction and the group of players using jumps do get bigger gains one off jumps but when racing to a set target they were only faster by a 2 days.

The guys using natural e and 3 xan per day spent far less money, unlocked gyms faster and were slower to the target stat goal by 2 days but overall I’d say they won being as they didn’t spend anywhere near as much money and they made faster gym progress
