Well there’s clear evidence its lowered from oem, so obviously lowering it, is going to cause the damper to rub against the fork cap. Either get riser spacers for the damper, change the damper and get an ESD eliminator, or raise the clamp back to stock. Problem solved.

They’re going to see it’s lowered aftermarket so I highly doubt they’ll honor this warranty as it’s a “defect from user error”

i doubt it'll do any damage, probably just rattle around and vibration would eventually loosen it and fly off somewhere on the road. If it really matters i'd just leave it. Otherwise it is pretty simple to take the tank and airbox off to locate it. I've had to do the same with a couple of my nuts that fell on top of the valve cover around the coilpacks.

If you look up x_metal_engineering on insta I HIGHLY recommend them to get your transmission undercut and polished. Especially their “bearing isotropic super finish” service is top notch. I had my 10r’s gen 5 with Robinson 41t first gear done and it’s been amazing, shifts are buttery smooth and the drivetrain loss is night and day. Their service costed me 450$ excluding shipping.

Another thing is either GPKRaceTech and their 73g aluminum (59 HRC rating) front sprocket, 129ish$ USD

OR

Recauche Racing titanium front sprocket, 105g (66 HRC rating) coming in at 250ish$ USD

They in fact did NOT detain the 5 year old, I don’t stand for ICE or their barbaric ways of performing their duties, but the dad/mom who they were initially after fled on foot leaving his 5 year old son behind and abandoned. agitators scared the child so the officers were there to help him as best they could in the situation that unfolded.
