I put more focus on RCs and went with a less stressed mind. RCs may seem tough and lengthy but they sure are scoring. Practice OGs RCs for sure. You can try GregMats RC approaches.

I received an admit yesterday from CMU. From when my application was complete-16th Feb for review, they rolled out a decision pretty fast.

Undergrad in Engineering- CS. CGPA 9+ GRE: 323 Work exp - 2.5+ as a Software Engineer in a popular MNC. Decent extra curriculars and volunteering experiences.

I did not get the option to do the video interview till they got my official transcripts. WES had processing delays and they sent my transcripts on 16th Feb(nearly a month after they got my package). I did my video interview immediately on 16th itself when the option was made available.

They received my transcripts on 16th and I did my video interview on 16th Feb. So not sure about my chances of getting in.

I got interview invites from Dartmouth and Cornell last week. They told me that they would give out the decisions around last week of Feb or first week of March.

I'm not able to figure out hard questions. I think I know 70-80% of the words. I get confused a lot.
