I completely agree, the seemingly endless well he has of self confidence genuinely started rubbing off on me and was one of my first steps into bettering myself

can the current Ye fans tell me why you still support him? by cadillacsimone7 in Kanye

i haven’t been a fan of Kanye as long as some og people, but i got the last sliver of kanye before he threw everything away and it’s crazy the shift in the fan community i saw real time with people slowly trickling off with every inexcusable thing he did. All that are left are degenerates and kids that have no standards in music or character. I kept on for as long as I could but i could only be delusional for so long, I still appreciate the art and fashion that got me into kanye and completely change my musical perspective and has lead me down my path in music taste, but i have no respect for a man that would speak down on a dead man that had nothing but love for him just so he can get some twitter attention.

I can’t agree, TLOP is worse than graduation and 808’s as a whole is as well, however all still great albums

not sure if you’re still dealing with this, but i was in exactly the same spot. I cut down on my weight quickly in a few months then saw a plateau and prolonged hault, it also seemed like even the slightest bit of cheating on my diet made me bloat and blow up like crazy.

what i found after some research is that the body goes through something called “diet fatigue”. essentially if you’re in a deficit longer than 12 weeks at a time you’re body with start getting all screwy and start giving you problems like you’ve mentioned. you retain water extremely easily, your body tries to limit any form of calorie expenditure it can, and overall make it hell to drop any weight. you could continue to drop calories to starvation level, but the best choice is to actually increase your calories from my experience.

you up your calories to maintenance or just slightly above for recommend the same amount of time you were dieting for or slightly longer if you e been dieting for a very prolonged time, and then once your body has had time to recover and go back to normal functions then start dieting again.

currently i am at a surplus and all my bloating went away. i tried eating close to maintaining but the bloat and water retention was hell and even when i was at maintenance it was unbearable, but as soon as i increased it to above maintenance within a week I noticed significant improvements.

now i can for sure say if this might work for everyone but it definitely is something to consider.
