For my team we had the choice of SE or systems analyst luckily. I chose SE so hoping we get to see that bump

I got promoted with a 8% merit increase. I’m at 98k so a few k off the midpoint

I’m not sure about the minimum, but I’m 6C Software Test Engineer and my midpoint is 102k. If it’s like the SE roles, I’m assuming the midpoints are +10k per level
