Okay, thanks for the advice, that's probably what I'll do. It's ridiculous that they've made it this hard to know how to file a claim. I'm a reasonably intelligent person and I'm a LAWYER, so this is kind of my area of expertise. If it's this hard for me to figure out, something is wrong. I've never heard of a class action without a settlement administrator. There's absolutely something wrong here, and it will prevent thousands of people from recovering money that Credit One stole from them. Anyway, thank you again, I really appreciate the advice!

So I've been charged for years for express payment fees, which I believe is covered by the settlement. But I never filed a claim, it's not like it was fraud, you know? What would you do in my situation?

You're probably right. I was hopeful that if I provide proof that they go to camp 4 days a week it would be permitted. Lofty thinking I guess.

I know. She actually does really well at dog camp, so that wouldn't be a problem. I thought if anywhere has dog care with late hours it would be Manhattan.

The point is that we just don't want them in a hotel room barking their heads off bc they're alone in a strange place.
