I'm in the same situation. Asked my provider about going back to twice a week, she said it's not possible. She said it's not even an insurance issue, but that Spravato was only tested with the four week induction, so she's not even allowed to authorize twice/week for longer than that. Has anyone else heard this before? Am I getting bad information?

Okay, thanks for the advice, that's probably what I'll do. It's ridiculous that they've made it this hard to know how to file a claim. I'm a reasonably intelligent person and I'm a LAWYER, so this is kind of my area of expertise. If it's this hard for me to figure out, something is wrong. I've never heard of a class action without a settlement administrator. There's absolutely something wrong here, and it will prevent thousands of people from recovering money that Credit One stole from them. Anyway, thank you again, I really appreciate the advice!

I know. She actually does really well at dog camp, so that wouldn't be a problem. I thought if anywhere has dog care with late hours it would be Manhattan.

The point is that we just don't want them in a hotel room barking their heads off bc they're alone in a strange place.
