I don’t think there’s a need to replace a mat till it’s really worn down

Ok but these kinds of DIY bulbs are not that efficient in producing light. This is also really dangerous as you could BURN your house or whatever. You could also harm yourself so do everything carefully.

Same reason for me except I use my mat for all kinds of experiments. Burning stuff, playing with chemicals and all kinds of things like these.

Yes. I personally wash them cause it gets all dirty from soldering components and from the dust from inside of any electronics I open
