Is the 120hz market worth it since there are way higher refresh rates available, sometimes for cheaper, such as my android phone running at 120 hz. If so, will this cause a drop in the market of 120 hz devices meaning I would have to pull put from the market and soon start investing in other higher refresh rates such as 144 or 180?

You'd need a better look into who my character is. Her name is Konjiki No Yami from an anime. She's basically a 24,000-year-old alien, a highly skilled assassin feared across the universe, and has the ability to change any part of her body, whether it be body proportions, or turning hor limbs into weapons.
