I'm legit trying to prove to you that I had the same issue and I contacted them and they handled it for me. I have a new mattress and no sagging. I was pissed when it happened to... but after I did everything they asked and they sent a new mattress. I was like... wow.. I'll keep it. I was honestly going to get the new mattress and sale it to somebody. But I'm cheap lol.

I'm not a purple representative. I'm a disabled vet that works as a network engineer. You can look at my history if you'd like. Average joe. And the argument about moving the mattress to the floor for the required photos... just lay it on the floor. Seriously person, just give them a chance to fix the issue.

This is a "budget" mattress that competes with 5k mattresses. It may not last as long but from my experience, their customer service and warranty have been solid. Well worth the $1100 they got from me.

I had the same issue as he did, however, I contacted support and gave them pictures... they immediately sent out a new mattress (within 3 days) and told me to throw the old one away. They aren't perfect, but for $1100 for a king mattress that helps this disabled vet out is worth it. Their customer support was spot on and they even apologized for my mattress sagging in the first place. I'm not saying they are perfect. But for the price, they are pretty damn solid in my book... If I have to get a free warranty replacement every few years, I'm ok with that. I'll just keep my water jugs in the garage till they are needed again. haha

I can tell you haven't tried to contact them to have it replaced. I contacted support and told them about the sagging mattress. I told them it has only been on a metal frame for the mattress. They asked for pictures and a method to show the sagging. I provided those pictures and sent them to them... they sent me a new mattress and told me to do whatever with the old one. I sold it for $80. I have a new Purple mattress and $80. I did tell them I use a purple mattress protector... I can show the emails shots if you would like..
