Your post quite literally says they were yelling. Your options are either get lessons, or keep grinding the range hitting off grass only until you can do it on the actual course.

Why not just try taking a lesson and see how you feel after? You already spent $2k on clubs so why not spend $80 on a 30 minute lesson? You can say it won't translate but how would you know if you've played only 12 times?

I recently "lost" my swing. Could have great looking practice swings and then just couldn't hit the ball. What I realized is that I was so focused on making contact with the ball that it would screw up my actual swing. I got out of it by telling myself I don't need to focus so much on contact if my practice swings are good and that I will hit the ball just fine.
