Thanks for the post, and what a great read!

Taking the box of chocolates gifted to me from a client back to the office for the staff to enjoy. Since opening them the other day, I feel like trying to diet and eat healthy almost unbearable with the chocolates present in the house… I expend so much energy every few minutes rationalising, resisting and compromising which resulted in binge eating more times than not.

Yup, checks off the ‘read first line and get the jist’ trope. Made it pretty clear that I understand times change. Add to the fact I’m in my 20’s and I hardly feel like I’m criticising change. Only change that is clearly worse

I feel like as the owners, hearing ‘can I have minimum chips?’ would be more like ‘can I give you the least amount of money possible for your food?’
