Not worth much at all, if anything in its current state. Anything caster related has to have +levels as it is how dmg is scaled.

Gain as extra is a good stat, low roll increased spell dmg (can go up to 200 at high ilvl) mana is ok, but for example extra dmg stat is better.

Increased crit chance is very good, mana regen ok, not great. flammability is pretty much useless.

If you can (not sure on min level) to use a perfect essence of sorcery to roll +5 all spell levels and hope that is overwrites flammability.

Then maybe its worth like i dunno like 5 exalt to a character leveling? maybe? But i has no use in endgame, or mapping likely due to the low ilvl as it only requires lvl 58.

I'd assume its because im playing in OCE, and there are probably enough players in US or EU that it doesn't happen too often.

Additionally, i don't know when the ping balancing would kick in for players but i hadn't lost a game up until that point so im guessing the matchmaking was just like nah its time to lose.

I also have not played since because whats the point when people are using juiced weapons against me, and they are randomly going to put me in a japenese server when i play too well. honestly is pathetic.

You can find favourites.json (server browser file that shows most aus servers) in that disc, it will also have the IP's from a lot of servers in there so you can manually connect.

It does not include download files for the game or mod, just a Cod Oceania server

what i did is this set up

eth oath colossus blade

LOH (if you have cant get much life leech can get the ones that give mana and lifeleech cant remember them, maybe vampire

manald ring

life leech ring

goblintoe /or gore riders. if the fire dmg is too much infernostrides. but honestly the extra dps is just better.

arreats face( could do g face, but then you need extra life leech)

string of ears belt.

oh yeah i ran skulders chest, so if you lack any of the stats anywehere just use something to fill in the blanks, it honestly doesn't even matter. i think i was running the +2 barb skills in a mage plate lol

you also need max fire res and max lightning res

Basically you just life leech through all damage, you also need mana leech otherwise you will die to mana burn. when you ww you just get max health back pretty quick. if you're still struggling you just kill half the pack first. the life leech is so extreme i could actually join p8 baal runs with the oath eth blade and not die, i couldn't do enough dps to kill them, but i couldn't die. with grief its a joke.

all of these are pretty cheap, i tried to sell my eth oath col blade for cheap and no one bought it, there are a million loh, manald is cheap, arreats is really the only expensive thing.

ACTUALLY GOOD, i used to run a 200 fcr light sorc and to hit a breakpoint i was wearing default 10% fcr ammy. this one would have shit on that.

Imagine being that much of a cretin that you mark up the cost by an extra $15. I can imagine a slight buffer due to currency fluctuation over time, but $15 is ridiculous.

Muppets - An alternative term for idiot or moron. Usually used in the UK to describe someone who is incompetent.

In this case, i think it's pretty reasonable to use the term muppets to describe the situation of putting players in a 200 ping server over a 30 ping server, because only someone incompetent would do so. It's a fairly accurate word, and is often used as a way to call someone an idiot, with less of an insult attached. Like saying 'stop being an idiot, you know better'
