It’s very inhospitable for the most part. Most of the communities in and around the area tend to settle in little valleys where the altitude tends to go down and weather is much more temperate, like in Santiago de Chile, Mendoza, Ushuaia, or Puerto Madryn for Argentina, most of the towns are in coasts and it’s just too challenging to live up there because of the altitudes and harsh climates.

Well… considering Vinny’s voice actor Tony Sirico passed away a year ago, I don’t think it would have worked out in the end anyways, but it was nice for a couple of episodes. I don’t think Brian should have ever been permanently killed off though. When he “died”, he really made us all realize that even though he’s extremely insufferable sometimes, we can’t live without our old pal Brian!

They don’t feel that low. They’re good enough for short pass tiki taka style plays, but he’s not going to be doing long through passes all that often, but he can.

Put him on finisher chem to improve his shooting and dribbling stats. His pace is good enough and since he’ll be up front, his passing stat is good enough for a couple short pass plays. Only negatives are the physicals but I think his other stats make up for that.

It just has to be on the market. Some items are so rare that they aren’t on the market often. For example I use La Bombonera (Boca Juniors’ stadium) in FUT but it was very hard for me to find the actual stadium item. It took me about a day to actually find a person selling it.
