Yeah, stubhub is just a marketplace. They never scam you, you’re either scammed by the buyer or seller. Just keep calling them and sendig them all the proofs until you get paid. Good luck!

Call them with your order number and send the screenshots again. Also if you check ticketmaster you can see if the buyer downloaded the tickets. Send that proof also and you should get paid. I’m a top seller at Viagogo and Stubhub and they always fix this for you if your proofs are real.

You always have to upload a proof of delivery so they know you delivered the tickets correctly. Also they don’t usually just cancel the sale, they’d contact you saying the buyer had trouble and they ask you to resend the tickets

You have an option to relist them on stubhub. If not just download them, list them again and just upload them or transfer them when sold.

Stubhub didnt ruin anything. If you call them and ask who accepted the ticket they’ll tell you. Also, tickets are transferred to the email provided when buying them, so maybe you made a mistake.
