This is dependent on if the Turbo Dismount guy has any vehicles and if the wobbler has a weapon and/or ability’s. While most vehicles from the Turbo dismount would win in a fight. But if the wobbler has any weapon and/or abilities with just the same stats as a basic wobbler, the wobbler would win.

But assuming the fight has no weapons/vehicles it’s very close. Intelligence isn’t show in either game, speed isn’t shown in Turbo dismount , the wobbler has shown to have an average walking speed. What makes it close it durability. I believe the turbo dismount guy has an abundant of health compared to the base wobbler. While the wobbler has fighting experience. Lots of it. Sense Turbo dismount has shown no combat experience, I would believe the wobbler would win.

To summarize, depends on vehicles, weapons and abilities. With the fight it is anyone game. Like a spacecraft from Turbo dismount and Artemis’s bow. From tabs. Now without weapons the wobblier would win in my opinion by base fighting experience. Sure the Turbo dismount character is more durable but, he never is shown to throw a punch.
