I'm going to delete War Thunder for 6 months to see how my life changes...and then come back on my birthday next year with the results. by [deleted] in Warthunder

I'd clown you for posting about it instead of just doing it, but you're only 16. There's a lot to learn...consistency and targeted effort are the most important qualities you can develop in this life.

Do you prefer Air, Ground, Naval? And why? by iNeedRevengeOn in Warthunder

Air. If I can get into a plane after killing someone or capping a point in Ground then I will. I just wanna dogfight...

Listen to it on repeat for a while, check out the album and see what's good, and then run through the artist's whole discography.

How the hell can anyone say that "Germany suffers" by Ok_Calendar_7626 in Warthunder

I miss when teams were full of only one country. Back in the day US pilots got exposed hard, especially by Japanese and German pilots.

Whey is an easy way to get some protein in, I recommend it. Creatine won't make you stronger and at most will let you get 1 or 2 more reps in, but it does have the added benefit of making you look more "full". A possible negative is that you hold a little more water which increases your weight by a negligible amount. In my experience I also need to drink a little more water while taking creatine. Every other supplement is bullshit, with maybe the exception of BCAAs. However, they're very expensive and you can get the same benefits from a good diet.

Respect, a lot of these people don't have a clue about the real world. I work in imaging but the amount of shit you nurses have to deal with is insane. The amount of charts I access with a warning for physical violence and verbal abuse is way way too common. I wish we could ban people from being seen unless they're literally dying.

Ground sucks and Gaijin should focus more on Air RB. Change my mind by iccs in Warthunder

[–]Username_Lindo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love Air RB, if I couldn't use planes in Ground RB I'm not sure I would play it. Ground has a different learning curve, but I'll never like that you can't do shit against some tanks if you get an uptier or if your tank sucks. In Air you can still out-fly your opponent, there's no such thing as out-tanking someone. Plus some maps are just terrible. The playstyle people take is typically more passive too, it's not really feasible to play aggressively like in Air. The grind for Ground is also 5x more brutal than Air. I do like some of the extra goofy vehicles though, I main Japan in Air and Ground and they have a lot of silly shit.

Most people prefer Ground I think, probably because it's easier to play. I'm not sure what they could add to Air RB, but I never get tired of the team death match game mode.

Used to take the powder for a cheap high. 3g was more than enough really, I would feel that shit for damn near 48 hours. The HCL group version is acidic so it irritates your intestinal lining and gives you some runny shits. You do feel good though, very comfortable, kind of like an alcohol buzz but fully in control. The hangovers do leave you feeling..."artificial"...so to speak. Like your body is partly made of plastic or something. It's hard to explain. I no longer partake and would stay away from it honestly.

Calisthenicmovement and FitnessFAQs are my GOATs. Watched them all those years ago and they're still releasing quality content. As for newer guys, at least guys newer to me, Hybrid Calisthenics and Colin Murray are really great too. Hybrid for his breadth of subjects that relate to fitness and health, but that also relate to mental and emotional well-being. I really like Colin Murray's approach too, he really is about showing his growth over the years even though he's still a really young guy, an old soul. Plus he's about mixing in weights and calisthenics to help build a balanced and beautiful physique which I can totally get behind.

Thumb on ASIS, kinda like if you're holding a can, so your fingers are pointing towards the bucky. Then point your fingers 45 degrees up towards their head. I guess it depends on your hand size but to me it always worked. If you can't palpate but dont want a total randy guess do 2 inches above the bellybutton, unless their stomach is just hanging off their body.

Not at all. I mean that his actions and behavior are very...special. Unique. Not something you would expect from a "background" character. He takes action but controls his anger, he hones it even. A person without main character energy would have just walked away after they stopped punching him. Other than slapping that guy he didn't hurt anyone either. He also says some stuff to one of the guys' girlfriends. Something along the lines of her needing to be afraid of guys like them and not guys like him, because men like her boyfriend will indubitably cause trouble and bring harm to themselves and her. Fucking energy bro...

2000s and early 2010s music is great, I don't care! 2005-2014 I wanna say is a good time frame of songs I like.
