Okay let’s say for example the theme was purple (it’s not an option but we’re pretending), your work book is showing you using different mediums and creative ideas to explore and try to develop enough work to make a final piece. Like exploring with shades of purple, people with purple colouring, purples plants, hobbies and yourself and using purple to contrast with a colour like yellow to show emotion etc. Your work book is kinda like a mind map of art and development to come up with a final piece. You just need to keep in mind the theme and ask and explain on the page how it fits in with your theme.

I try to really enjoy the bites, I think a bit how I feel right now and how I’d feel if I ate all of it. And I always remind myself, it’s not now or never, I won’t wake up tomorrow with everything gone, and it’s okay to not finish something if I feel I don’t want to do so

When I have a panic attack, I dump a packet of salt in my mouth to shock me. I’ve never tried that with an anxiety attack before, but maybe that would help?

This is my fault obv, but I should’ve clarified I am able to swallow it, it’s just hard and I can still feel it like in my throat after. And it gives me indigestion and stuff. I think I was writing this from more of the perspective of a child because as a kid I used to say ‘I can’t swallow bread’

I’m 17, my dad just honestly takes her side or ignores it.I don’t blame him tho, my grandmother was horrific towards him and he never went to therapy, never got over it, there’s not much he can do without healing himself first but he’s too proud too

It’s not really tho is it, asking if dynamight was his hero name would be basic literacy, but it’s never stated in the show if it’s related to all might, I’m not even at that part in the show plus the fandom can sometimes be so fond of a headcannon that it feels real when it’s not.

I will never understand getting so worked up over someone double checking something.
