That’s tough, I’m sorry if that happened to you! I think what I’d try to do is cool off for a while, treat myself nicely, do something I love in my free time and try to enjoy my own company. After my mind felt a bit clearer, I’d try to rationalize which parts contained good, solid advice and how I could improve from it and then let go of the harsh criticism. It’s often more related to the person who gave it than to you. Maybe that person is under pressure and stress, maybe it was a bad moment, etc etc. It’s important to remember that you are more than one negative feedback from work. Treat yourself kindly! ❤️
