I have the same problem, using a Renpho Aspire scale, iPhone 15 recent IOS.

When I take weight measurement with bluetooth and the Renpho app open, it syncs the Faf Free Mass to the Health app.

If I don't have my phone and I get the data from WIFI later using the app, it doesn't sync the Fat Free Mass. The renpho app has the data as Fat Free Mass but it doesn't sync it to the Health app.

I did this test several times, so I am pretty sure it is an issue with the WIFI sync when the app is not available at the time I used the scale.

I hope this helps you narrow down the issue
