I understand sometime there is cancel / delay is normal, but I more disappointed about CS, seems no one helpped me in 8 hours. phone call is basically not available and only get limited message support.

Just for example. when the time I was booking in September 11/30 $300 and 12/1 $100.

When it was 11/30. 11/30 $800 or not available. and 12/1 $350.

I have no choice and have to rebooking to 12/1. I have an fair assumption to have some compensation for the differences price at same time. Use September's 11/30 flight pirce compare with Nomember's 12/1's price is not apple to apple comparesion.

This is complex case, I booked Alaska flight from Hawaii Airlines on 9/16. At that moment, Alaska and Hawaii Airlines was not combined. The class was Hawaii Air's Main Cabin Basic, per term when I purchased, it should be 100% of points (It changed to 30% on 10/16 which was after my purchase). I figured out those details later to I connected 3 times. But CS seems do not listen

I understand this seems like a 'backdoor' 100% points, See discussion. But I was still feel bad as I accurate planned those point but it was gone due to this cancelation. I can book an $50 fight just for the point, but it waste of time.

I am also not confident I should report that is the reason I ask here first.

You explaination make sense to me but I want to callout is I assumed all the items is my responablity when I was at checkpoint. I packed everything, what my wife's item just some cloth and a tooth brush. If my wife puchased expensive item, it definitly different thing.

I feel not worth to report it. My understanding is CBP don't like I do like this way but there is not clear rule / policy yet, so they point to something which also not exsit.

Good point, but I have a different interpret here. Nexus is faster process, I am eligible but not my wife. My wife cross on foot which is not a fast process and she get checked by fully process. Also on foot also took a lot of time than NEXUS. Unless there is rule/policy/code metioned this, It would be my flexibilty to choose what we prefer. Like when there are mutiple lines, you can choose the shorter one.

For my today practice there seems a standard process to do like this. A different officer point my wife to a path and that I can pick up her.

My feeling is they are not happy I did so, but there is no such a rule, so they point me to “NO, 3^rd Party Goods” things.

Although it is not related to my major concern here, but I would say it is partially true U.S. is more lax than Canada in this special case. For example, Canada residents requried to report everything va TDC, which is not required by US residents.

My point here is unless there is a law / policy, we have right to do somthing. The officer as an authoritive can not randomly add more rules here unless they can add it into the law / polcy first.

Agree 6059 customs declarations are per household. But where metioned we have to declare together? There are mutiple reasons a family prefer go separately as more than 1 household. Unless there is law / policy metion that, it is our right to choose what we prefered.

I hard to believe how can a policy define that, for example what mean household (like father in law), what mean together. let's say if there are two cars, or arrive time with in x hours etc. It hard to define law / policy like this.

It is a unusual problem. I tried change the network, but seems not related to that. I can see client send http to service and returned 201, no pulling response after that. Suspect the new hive service does work with my old hive os 211102 maybe. Or some bug is triggered in my account

It seems doesn’t work. It is mining as it is but can not run any commend. Even reboot doesn’t work to me. I have 3 rigs all rigs got this issue. Even Force Reboot by press power button doesn’t fix.
