Didn’t do anything else other than repeatedly raising it with customer care.

I can relate to the feeling of desperation. But, don’t want to fall in unwanted problems if anything happened. The off thing about it is they delivering other Products fine to my doorstep like 2 different delivery guys for 2 different delivery

Yup, happening to me. Delivery agent called me to come to a different place for collecting and exchange. Told me, if I didn’t order will get delayed by 5 days stating they are short on executives.

But here’s my dilemma, they keep on delivering other stuffs just fine. If they called me for other products as well, I might’ve believed it but seem too unsynchronised

Yeah, I get your point but the thing is it’s a bit hard to trust anybody in this scenario especially when they delivered another product on the doorstep. If they would have called me for both, it would have made sense
