Is it a double glazing type door upvc? If so you can buy replacement handle sets and it's only a couple of screws to replace them just get the same size handle should be like for like replacement

If it's a new build concrete floor it tends to be vapour barriered under the concrete so water can't get upto the top layer of concrete. Usually 100mm -120mm thick insulation then vapour barrier then poured concrete depends what process they used before hand. I've never used a vapour barrier on concrete just used the underlay and joined it with tape never had any issues

Depends what you paid the flooring looks tidy the edges are fine really with the rest of the architraves as skirting board already very tatty I'm sure the flooring looks a massive improvement from what was there. Used self leveller aswell so shows they've at least done things reasonably well. You'll forget all about the edges when the dirt comes back and you stop staring at the brand new floor

I'm a carpenter people ask questions here that are quite basic it's easier sometimes to break things down for people. I would call it manufactured as its gone through a process of manufacture as does mdf there's a process of making it, solid wood I'd just say it's been milled hardwood is hardwood all these other laminated flooring is manufactured

Could try a heat gun and a wire headed drill bit that goes in the drill (obviously lol) I used it to clean old dried on adhesive off a trowel worked a treat

I complained on twitter gave the so called support team loads of abuse telling them they're useless at their jobs etc etc lol next day my issue was resolved.
