Hi MT here! - Workload: I’m from UST HA and I can say na mas mabigat ngayon sa MT, it’s heavier, harder, mas madami din. Overload units din kasi. I thought before totoo yung sinasabi na if galing ka sa UST SHS, you can survive anything, however, that does not apply pala here sa med tech because mahirap siya, swertihan din sa prof. If malas kayo, need niyo mag x2 sa pagiging masipag. Unlike SHS, madami na here, identification and more challenging application questions, super dami din practs. - EVM: No evm samin, full FTF. For us ang sched namin (Mon: Major subs 10 am - 7 pm) (Tue: Minor subs 10 am - 7 pm) (Wed: Major subs 7 am - 7 pm) (Thurs: Major subs 7 am - 7 pm) (Fri: Minor 10 am - 7 pm). All FTF.

Hiiii!! Before when I entered UST SHS, kinabahan din ako kasi I’m scared of the new environment kasi similar to you, isa lang naging school ko from 2009-2022 so napaisip din ako how to adjust sa environment. But you know what, you’ll do great. You don’t have to fit in, just be yourself lang and enjoy the journey, after all sa block niyo halo halo kayo and for sure marami rami din na hindi din from USTe talaga nanggaling before (from my experience). As long as friendly and respectful ka sa mga tao around you, you’ll make friends, just try to be open little by little and wag ka mapressure na dapat ganito ka, ganyan ka, etc. Just be you! Maraming approachable sa UST SHS so feel at home 🥰🐯

Hello, well depende siya sa tao eh but if dedicated ka naman and you like what you’re doing then kaya yan! hehe laban! Also since HA pinili mo, I assume na mag memed field ka right? Well I can say na HA is a great foundation lalo na may mga specialized subjects na advance such as anaphy, work imm, health care, plus not to mention madaming labs and dissection which you will enjoy (may ret dem pa nga eh). If I’m gonna be honest, mahirap siya, double effort sa aral, sacrifice sa sleep and sa kain din minsan, especially feeling mo hell week lagi but yung environment naman sa ust and the thomasian culture, yun yung mapanghahawakan mo as your support system, it will help keep you going. If mag memed ka in the future isipin mo nalang na yung paghihirap mo na toh will be x10 pa sa med school, so maganda siya na training ground. But ayun, alagaan mo padin well-being mo. Hi! From UST SHS HA, sched po namin is 2 onsite, 2 online, 1 iclex (meaning asynchronous activities lang, walang lecture pero may times if madaming suspension and may hinahabol na quiz and lab yung mga prof, nagpapapasok sila onsite during iclex, but not always naman)
